How do we place our order & what happens next? 💌
Ordering from us is easy! Simply build your invitation suite from our range of customizable designs and add-ons right here on our website, and check out through our webshop when you’re ready to start your custom process. You'll be invited into your custom client portal, where you’ll find a questionnaire and other fun bits to get you started. With this, we’ll begin designing your custom suite, and we’ll keep refining it until you’re both over-the-moon happy with how everything looks. We work with some of the finest material suppliers in the world, and will order in papers, foils and envelopes tailored to your suite. Your hot foiled items will be produced in-house on our state-of-the-art hot foil press using custom plates manufactured just for you, and any digitally printed pieces will be printed in fine art quality onto gorgeous, double-thick Mohawk paper. After printing your invitations we’ll assemble your suite, wrap it up beautifully and ship it to you for free— anywhere in the world!
What services are included when we book with you?
Organizing a wedding can be stressful, but getting the invitations of your dreams is not! We make everything a piece of cake by: 〰️ Creating your invitation wording for you based on the tone and details of your wedding. Don't spend your weekends reading up on etiquette rules and best practises, we got you covered! 〰️ Putting together colour concepts for you. We’ve got years of experience pairing paper and foils together, and will design something absolutely stunning for your wedding! 〰️ Assembling everything before we ship it off to you. From printing to folding to gluing to sealing, all you gotta do is add a stamp! 〰️ Including photo-ready extras. We always include a couple invitations that aren’t sealed, for you to treasure as an heirloom, hand over to your photographer or use to show off your lovely invitations on social media.
When should we get in touch about our wedding stationery?
The sooner the better! Our couples typically enquire with us 6 to 12 months before their wedding. Our average turn-around time for wedding stationery is 3 months, and we recommend sending your invitations out three to four months before your wedding, and save the date cards six to eight months prior to your big day. What parts of our wedding stationery will you customize?
We will customize the wording, paper colours, foils, envelopes and print techniques of your invitations, but the size, format, layout or fonts can’t be changed without an additional charge.
How many invitations do we need?
One per household, family or couple! If your guest list is a 100, you will typically need around 70 invitations.
Can you help us with our invitation wording?
Absolutely! We'll create your invitation wording for you based on the tone and details of your wedding. Don't spend your weekends reading up on etiquette rules and best practises, we got you covered!
Can we see what our finished design will look like before we place our order?
Your invitations will look like what you see on our website, but even lovelier— because they will reflect your personality and style through your unique wording, materials and colours! We won’t apply your details to our designs before you have placed an order though, because we reserve our special colour-and-paper magic skills for our booked clients. ✨
Will you mail the invitations out for us?
We don't offer mailing services, sorry! This is because we work with couples across the globe, and every country has their own unique postal system. 🌍
Can you print something I designed myself?
We only offer full design and print packages, sorry! 🤗
